How It Works
Fourteen steps across three stages — from your application to delivery and beyond.
Stage 1 · Steps 01–04
Set up a verified business account.
Submit the B2B application form with your company name, contact person, work email, phone, business type, company size, location, and business needs.
The Givaura team reviews the information you submitted and verifies your business.
Once approved, you receive an email with a secure link to set your password and activate your account.
Log in with your approved business email to access the B2B portal.
Stage 2 · Steps 05–09
Browse, check stock, and send your order.
Explore the Givaura catalog with reseller-only pricing, shown before VAT.
Each product shows the quantity currently in stock, so you can plan before ordering.
Choose the products, variants, and quantities you need and add them to your cart.
For eligible products, share your branding, engraving, printing, or packaging requirements with our team. Options are confirmed with you directly.
At checkout, send your order via WhatsApp. The order is recorded and its summary is shared with our team.
Stage 3 · Steps 10–14
We confirm, prepare, and hand over your order.
Our team reviews your order and contacts you on WhatsApp to confirm items, quantities, and details.
There is no online payment for reseller orders. Payment and commercial terms are arranged directly with our team once the order is confirmed.
Your products are prepared, customized where agreed, and packed.
Your order is delivered or made ready for collection, according to the fulfilment method agreed with you.
Keep working with our team on future bulk orders, stock inquiries, customization, and business requirements.
